What are the Virtual Mastermind Roundtables?

The Mastermind Roundtables were first introduced during our annual 3-day in-person  Access: Summit community event.

During our yearly Summit, the roundtable portion of the event is almost always voted to be the most valuable part of the entire event experience.

This session is a real-world example of how to break down a consultation into parts, and improve your approach during each aspect so you can start retaining more clients right away. We listened to a real, redacted consultation from Rives White, an experienced Access Legal attorney, and walked through the call step by step 

We paused throughout to analyze key moments, highlight what was working, and identify opportunities to strengthen the approach.

As we moved through the consultation, we tied each part of the conversation back to the 7 Steps of an Effective FAIR Practice™ consultation, showing how those steps actually play out in a live client interaction.

Along the way, we broke down:

• How important it is to establish trust and credibility early in the call
• How to provide the client value and guidance without necessarily explaining what to do 
• How the compelling offer is delivered and the various ways to explain it 
• How to seamlessly enroll clients in real time

In this workshop we not only listened to the call  but also actively analyzed the “why” behind each approach, so you can take those same insights and begin applying them directly to your own consultations.
